Trusteeindex is operated by an individual based in Switzerland and has been online since August 2024. This page explains what happens to data when you visit. If anything is unclear, email [email protected].
No cookies, no consent banner
This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no cross-site advertising or profiling. There is no Google Analytics and no GA4.
Traffic is measured with Ahrefs Web Analytics. It is cookieless. It does not store or read anything on your device, does not use fingerprinting, and does not build a profile of you. It reports only aggregate figures such as page views and referring sites. Because nothing is stored on your device and no personal data is processed for it, there is nothing to ask consent for, which is why you will not see a cookie banner.
Server logs
The hosting provider (Hetzner, in Germany) keeps standard technical logs such as IP address, time, requested page and browser type, for security and to keep the service running. These are deleted automatically after a short period and are not used to identify or track individuals.
If you email Trusteeindex, your message and address are kept only as long as needed to deal with it. If a newsletter launches, you will have to enter your address yourself, it will be used only to send that newsletter, and every issue will carry a one-click unsubscribe link. Addresses are never sold or shared.
Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and the EU GDPR you can ask what data is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. Send requests to [email protected].
