Our assessment
The only provider we found that publishes a .eu-specific trustee agreement in full, in its public knowledge base, before you buy, and names the trustee: Persolvo d.o.o., a Slovenian company, with the agreement governed exclusively by Slovenian law. On structural transparency that is second only to PTS and ahead of every larger name. Publishing the agreement does not make it generous, though. Annual registration and trustee fees are payable in advance with no claim to partial reimbursement if the domain is cancelled or transferred early. The trustee may cancel the domain without warning if it judges the content to breach EU law, ending the agreement immediately. The customer must answer enquiries within 24 hours, and to defend the name against a third-party claim must lodge a security deposit and appoint counsel within two days. Liability is limited to gross negligence and the customer indemnifies the trustee against the rest. A small operator, so weigh continuity as well as terms.

The trust score weighs contract transparency, exit terms and holding structure ahead of price, and is not affected by affiliate arrangements because there are none.
